Keys will be handed by a member of our staff in person at the booked property at the time of arrival. Besides, our collaborator will carry a check-in form with all the terms and conditions for the correct usage and enjoyment of the facilities in your stay.

Besides, all clients will be informed about the equipment of the property and will be facilitated all the necessary instructions for the correct usage of them.

The check-in document will be signed by the client as a signal of approval and coformity with all the terms and conditions.
